A: Yes, if the order quantity reaches 5000pcs, we can design and make your customized color box free of charge. If below 5000pcs each style, you still want to use color boxes, you can pay some cost for us, when you used up 5000pcs color boxes, we can return your cost back to you.
Q: Can we print our logo on the lights?
A: Yes, we can print your logo on the lights.
Q: Is the sample available?
A: Yes, we are very glad to make the samples for your test.sample is in free charge, but your company have to bear the delivery charge.
Q: What is the warranty for the LED lights?
A: The LED lights have two years warranty. CFL lamps have 1 year warranty.
If it is our quality problem, we will replace the new one for the broken, and cover all the shipping cost.
Q: How long is the lifetime for the products?
A: The lifetime of CFL is about 4000-8000hours, and LED is about 15000hours (based on the normal use).
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For our first cooperation, sample order or small order like 5000 pcs is acceptable, We also give you the prices as mass production.
Q: What kinds of certificate do you have?
A: The lights are of good quality approved by CE and RoHS.

Q: How long is the production time?
A: For samples, the lead time is about 5- 7days. For mass production, the lead time is 25-30days after receiving the deposit payment.

A: For small order, we suggest ship it by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. For big order, by sea or by air.
